After over 15 years in the Construction industry, we are certain there is a gap in this industry, from racial inequities to the training of skilled tradesmen and women, especially in minority and disenfranchised communities. Being a business based in Chicago, we are well aware of the violence plaguing our city and youth. We are vested in the development of these young minds and their potential. We believe a career in construction is one pathway out of poverty and into brighter futures.

CCS Builds is a non-profit social enterprise that provides construction workforce development for the next generation of craftsmen, tradeswomen, or underemployed people in partnership with local area educational institutions, non-profits, and businesses. ​
